David Wood

David Wood is a 62 year old retired gentlemen from Ohio.

Overhearing a discussion on haiku he searched the Internet to better understand the art form.

Interest sparked, he enrolled in a World Haiku Club on line beginners forum and has enjoyed recording his observations since.

Writing for his own enjoyment for a year and one half he has had work appear in Paper Wasp, Mainichi Daily News, Stylus Poetry Journal, Heron's Nest and the Asahi Haikuist Network.

swirling tinted leaves

of childrens laughter
