Let's talk dieting.

You've been perfectly happy eating three meals a day, and maybe a snack or two. But then you decide to go on a diet. Now, which one? So you read all the diets and get thoroughly confused. Watch the carbs, the sugars, and the fats. With the fats: which ones are good and which to stay away from?

Now you spend hours in the super market reading labels.

And the final outcome? All you think about is FOOD
