Simply Haiku: An
E-Journal of Haiku and Related Forms Introduction to the Reprints
and Retrospectives Section Our ambition in this section of Simply Haiku is to create a permanent and highly accessible archive of important haiku-related articles, interviews, and of retrospectives of quality poetry and artwork, that have appeared elsewhere. There are scores of printed and online literary journals. Oftentimes, people lack the money to subscribe to the print journals and the time to review all of the online journals. Their contents, once published, end up in limbo, victims of limited exposure. This is unfortunate. We at Simply Haiku are committed to sharing with the online haiku community the finest of these previously published works. They are priceless, literary treasures, deserving of broad and continued exposure, something that we here at Simply Haiku can provide. Robert D. Wilson
