Ed Markowski

Midway rain...
the dunk tank clown
takes five
  the deep red
of an upturned radish
Dog day heat...
the subtle breeze
of a blown kiss
  Winter silence...
  a pacing cat
  provides the rhythm
The eighth skip
of a flat white stone...
summer deepens
