Thanksgiving dinner --
we pretend not to hear
the fire engines |
|
| |
|
| |
the seagull
displays its wing span --
basketball court |
| |
|
kiddie party,
the adults' alone time ...
fireflies |
|
| |
|
| |
Christmas --
the coins behind the radiator
i'll never reach |
|
|
New Year's Day
the baby spits out
black eye peas |
