Moira Richards practices as an accountant in South Africa and earns her living by completing tax returns and writing books. She is author and co-author of a number of high school textbooks in various business subjects published by Pearson Education South Africa and Macmillan South Africa. She is also co-editor of Letters to the World: Poems from the Wom-po Listserv published in 2008 by Red Hen Press, USA. Currently, she is working on a commemorative book for a South African golfing association that celebrates its 50th year of existence in 2010.
To feed her passion for poetry Moira does book reviewing and editing work for various on- and off-line publications including an'ya's moonset literary newspaper and Women Writers (http://www.womenwriters.net/). She is reviews editor for Moondance (http://www.moondance.org/), renku editor for Simply Haiku, and a co-convenor of the annual online festival of women's poetry in South Africa (http://www.wompherence.proboards82.com/).
